Every order is packed with care to protect the fine details and craftsmanship of each diorama.
Made-to-Order & Processing Time
Each diorama is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the level of detail and care that goes into every piece, please allow 2–3 weeks for creation and processing before your order ships.
This time ensures that every diorama receives proper attention to detail, curing time for materials, and a final quality check before packaging. Once completed, your diorama will be carefully packed and shipped according to the selected shipping method.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item

The diorama must be returned in its original condition (Minor Damage is fine)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued
